Before You Start: Check the Box

Your box holds 11 parts: the two lower frame halves and axle bar, the upright tube, the foam roller drum, the conveyer screen, the white PVC tube, the upper handle half, the U bracket, the handle bar, a pair of side rods, and the catch basket. Part numbers below match the printed checklist on page 1 of the booklet. If anything is missing, contact us before you start assembling.

The 10 Steps

1. Connect part 1 to part 2 to start the lower frame.
2. Add the upright tube, part 3.
3. Slide the foam roller drum, part 4, onto the frame.
4. Fit the conveyer screen, part 5, over the roller. Pull it all the way down over the foam.
5. Add the white PVC tube, part 6.
6. Connect the upper handle half, part 7, to the U bracket, part 8.
7. Join your Step 5 build to your Step 6 build, push every joint fully in, then rotate the unit upright.
8. Connect the handle bar, part 9, to the pair of side rods, part 10.
9. Join the handle to the frame. Push both rods in evenly, one on each side.
10. Fit the catch basket, part 11. You are all set and ready to roll.
