Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

  • We ship to all 50 states from our shop in Hildale, Utah.
  • Rollers are built to order. The Push 1.0 Classic ships within 5 business days. The Push 2.0 XL, Pull-Behind Original, and Pull-Behind BIGFOOT ship within 14 business days. Once shipped, transit takes 1 to 5 business days.
  • In-stock replacement parts and accessories usually ship the next business day.
  • Push rollers, parts, and accessories ship free. Pull-behind rollers ship for a flat $99 per order, even when you connect multiple units.
  • You get tracking by email the day your order leaves the shop.
  • Please check your shipping address before ordering. Freight cannot be rerouted once it ships.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return any Sticker Burr Roller product. Contact us first with your order number: call (435) 632-4441 or email customersupport@stickerburrroller.com. Returns sent without contacting us cannot be processed.

  • Unused, in original packaging with all parts and documentation: full refund of the product price. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
  • Used, in returnable condition (clean, complete, no damage or odors): refund of the product price minus a 15% restocking fee.
  • Return shipping: use our prepaid return label ($30, deducted from your refund) or ship it back yourself, insured, to Sticker Burr Roller, 1020 W Utah Ave, Hildale, UT 84784.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank may take up to 7 additional business days to post it.
  • Final sale: refurbished and used items sold as such cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.

Damaged or Defective

Damage in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will handle the carrier claim. Defects in materials or workmanship are repaired or replaced at no cost under our warranty.

Warranty

Limited lifetime warranty on the steel frame and against manufacturing defects, for the original purchaser. Foam rollers, conveyer screens, springs, and catch baskets are wear parts and are not covered; replacements are in our Replacement Parts collection. Full terms: Warranty and Guarantee.
